Spare room in fantastic, spacious 4 bedroom house. We are a very laid back family used to having lodgers. Great house near the river. Easy public transport to reach the city etc.
you will be sharing with myself, partner & 2 daughters (16&19)

The house has 2 bathrooms, so 1 bathroom is pretty much for the use of the spare room occupant.
We all work full time & during our spare time enjoy going to the gym, chilling out on a school night (watching far too much on Amazon prime/Netflicks) and spending as much time out at the weekend
There are great bars & restaurants on the doorstep, to include Gails, which is 3 minutes walk away in Battersea square.
We are 10 mins walk from Battersea park & 20 minutes walk from the Kings road. There is also a free tennis court 5 minutes walk from us and loads of Santander bikes if you fancy a cycle along the river.
My daughters are great fun & absolutely love having people to stay but totally respect people's privacy
The house is pretty quiet after about 9pm so great if you want to study or enjoy a bit of peace after a hard days work. The room is suitable for someone working full time/student. It is not suited to a ‘working from home’ arrangement
