The home is allocated in a quiet street which is one minute walk to the Battersea park. 10 minutes walk to Albert Bridge/ kings road / Chelsea ; 10 minutes buses to South Kensington station and 15 minutes to Victoria.

Short term renting (1-3 months) will be adding 20% more on the top of the minimum 6+ monthly rate（ £1200） .

What I would expect from you are:
Tidy, clean, treat my home / property like your own home/ property. No big party, no smoking, no pet.
