We are looking for the last flatmate to form a new flatshare as after two years our flatmates Sandro, Claudia and Rhys are moving on.
Currently there are three ladies making up the flatshare. We are flexible on the choice of the forth person to join us but are looking for a considerate and clean flatmate who will enjoy the place as their home from home rather than just a room in a house..
The minimum stay is 6 months.
All bills are included (electricity is covered up to a £100 pcm)!
The property has a good size fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliencies, a large family size bathroom, and a bright and airy large size living room that is leading to an external balcony.
In the apartment there are three large double bedrooms as well as the smaller double with a single bed. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and all double bedrooms have a larger size double bed.
The apartment/rooms are let out on a strictly non-smoking basis and a flat-share is aimed at young professionals as well as students.
The property is 5 minutes walking distance to two BR stations Battersea Park (1st stop by train to Victoria, 5 minutes) and Queenstown Road (to Waterloo). Battersea Park area is well connected with central London and there are number of buses serving the area.
