Lovely 4 bedroom split level property in a great location. It is situated in a close proximity to Battersea Power Station development, some 400m away. There are excellent transport links with one underground (Northern line) and two BR stations within 5 minutes walking distance and a close proximity to Battersea Park.

Currently there are four ladies making up the flatshare. Unfortunately, our flatmate Vlady has a job relocation and has to move closer to her work. We are now looking for someone to take her single room, which will be available from Monday the 24.03.205.

We are flexible on the choice of the forth person to join us but are looking for a considerate and clean flatmate who will enjoy the place as their home from home rather than just a room in a house..

The minimum stay is 6 months and a standard AST contract applies.

All bills are included (electricity is covered up to a £100 pcm any surcharge is shared)!

The property has a good size fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliencies, a large family size bathroom, and a bright and airy larger than average size living room that is leading to an external balcony.

In the apartment there are three large double bedrooms as well as the smaller double with a single bed, each room is for single occupancy. The available bedroom is on the lower floor and has a built in wardrobe, shelves and a single bed.

The apartment/rooms are let out on a strictly non-smoking basis and a flat-share is aimed at young professionals as well as students.
