We are flexible on the choice of the forth person to join us but are looking for a considerate and clean flatmate who will enjoy the place as their home from home rather than just a room in a house..
The minimum stay is 6 months and a standard AST contract applies.

In the apartment there are three large double bedrooms as well as the smaller double with a single bed, each room is for single occupancy. The available bedroom is on the lower floor and has a built in wardrobe, shelves and a single bed.
The apartment/rooms are let out on a strictly non-smoking basis and a flat-share is aimed at young professionals as well as students.
