Will be sharing a open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Television and a sofa.
For the summer there is a back terrace to enjoy a drink and meal with fresh air.
Upstairs we have a full bathroom, and a separate cloakroom.
At the moment we have 3, professionals. Looking forward to welcome one more housemate.

The rent includes all the bills, electricity, gas, water, council tax, internet.
Parking subject to permission basis.

There’s is a housekeeper at hand when needed, and doing common parts once a week.
