Looking for a social, easy going, tidy professional who's happy to chill together as a house, but also likes their own space. Shoot us a message with a bit about yourself to arrange a viewing!

The Room - £887:
Double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers included. Also has a desk, which the current housemate may sell. Has its own family bathroom, including a bath/shower, toilet and sink (the rest of us also have our own en suite). Comes with a genuinely huge built in storage cupboard in the hallway. Room is at the back of the house so no road noise and looks out over the skyline. Above average size for London!
The Apartment:
Huge private roof terrace, hammock, BBQ, and patio furniture - perfect for summer! The flat is on the top floor so we also have private access to the roof of the entire complex (incredible views). The roof is great for fireworks night etc...a friend even once held a yoga class up there with 20 people. There's also a large walled communal garden downstairs. The lounge has two 3-seater sofas and a TV. The kitchen has all the usual, plus a dishwasher. Each room has its own bathroom.
Free gated parking, with an allocated space.
Location:
- Clapham Common less is than 10 min walk & Battersea Park is 12 mins, ideal for summer
- Tesco Express, Sainsburys & Costcutter at the top of the road (all a 2 min walk)
- Bars/Restaurants: loads on our road and even more on Lavender Hill. Clapham Old Town is a 10 min walk.
Housemate (staying):
- Me, Rob (33, Strategy Consultant at Big 4)
- Vrisha (29, Consultant at Human Rights organisation)
We're both super chilled and socialise as a house (meals/drinks, BBQ’s etc), but also have our own friendship groups too. We also occassionally walk a very cute daschund called Alby that lives round the corner (if you like dogs!).
Transport Links:
- 8 min walk to Queenstown Road and Battersea Park Stations (direct trains into Waterloo and Victoria - 7 mins)
- 5 minute bus to Battersea Park tube
- 10-12 min walk / 7 min bus to Clapham Common (Northern Line)
- 10 min bus to Sloane Square (137 & 345)
- 10 min bus to Vauxhall (156)
- 10-12 min walk / 6 min bus to Clapham Junction (NR)
- Santander bike docking stations behind the flat
Boring stuff:
- Length of contract: expires May 25, but has a break clause in Nov 24. The contract has been extended multiple times. Tenants can also terminate with three months’ notice, provided they fill the room.
- Bills: On average c.£115pm (inc. Netflix, Wandsworth Council Tax, TV licence, internet, gas, elec & water etc)
