Double room right by Battersea Park! (Zone 1)

We have a room going in an apartment by Battersea Park (SW11 5JN). ~5 min walk to either Battersea Park Station, Queenstown Road Station, and around 10 mins walk to the new tube stop at Battersea Power Station. Bunch of buses come by the stop right outside our house too :)

The room is furnished and relatively big for London. The flat has the usual kitchen, living room etc. and two bathrooms which is handy. Notably, the building also has a concierge, a small swimming pool, a communal garden, squash court, gym, and music room! "Sounds good!" I hear you say. And then you get suspicious: "Why'd the previous guy leave then?" Alas, he's got himself a lady friend and they're moving in together. Our boy is growing up :)

You would be living with me (Stephen, 29, from Ireland) and Hyojung (25, from Korea), both young(ish) professionals. We are looking for someone who likes to hang out and drink tea and chat and generally be part of the fam :) We renew our annual lease each September.
