I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful to join my cozy and relaxing flat.
I'm a friendly, tidy, and respectful professional, illustrator/tattoo artist, and business owner. I’m focus in grown my business and developing my management skills. Also very fan of board games and self-development.
At home I’m drawing and creating art most of the time, during evenings I like to relax with glass of wine and learning new things.

I would prefer a lady to join my home because I have my little daughter that expend the 2 weekends a month and some holidays with me.
I spend most of my days at my studio. I'm laid back, and sociable, but tend not to have friends at the flat (which I also expect from the moving-in flatmate).

The flat is clean and tidy with a lot of light coming in all day with an amazing view and a huge bright open space living room/ kitchen.
Fully equipped: washing/dryer machine, heating, double glass, and some storage.
Fast fiber optic internet broadband.

Close to Battersea Bridge, Battersea Power Station, Chelsea, and Battersea Park. Walk distance to Clapham Junction with shops and restaurants/bars close by.
