Great flat in Brilliant Location

Hi everyone,

We have a good size double room that will be available from the 4th of August.

The flat is a really good size and have just had a brand new bathroom as you can see in the photos. There is also a second separate toilet downstairs..
There is a large kitchen which is great if you enjoy cooking with a separate living room which leads onto a garden for the summer.
The location is fantastic, Battersea park is about a 3-4 minute walk away.
There is good storage throughout the flat and your bed also has really useful under bed storage.
You would be sharing with 2 professional females- Both super easy to get along with. We are both tidy and very respectful and just ask the same of our new flatmate.

As mentioned the location is amazing, especially for summer- Clapham Junction is about a 12 minute walk away or you have busses directly out the front going all over London. You can easily walk to Chelsea in 20 minutes.

The bills are shared between the flatmates equally. We are in Wandsworth Council so the council tax is the cheapest in the country.
