Beautiful 1 bed flat next to Battersea Park

For personal reasons, my partner and I are looking for someone to sublet our beautiful 1-bedroom flat located right next to Battersea Park (Zone 1). Ideally, we are looking to sublet it for around 7 months, from 10th December 2024 to 31st July 2025, but we are flexible with the dates. The 1-bedroom flat is fully furnished and comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The flat includes a TV, bedding, and kitchen essentials. All bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity), and WiFi, are included in the monthly price, ensuring a hassle-free living experience.

The flat is in a fantastic location, right next to Battersea Park which offers a wide range of activities, including scenic walking and running paths, tennis courts, a gym, and a dedicated running track. It also hosts various events and activities throughout the year, making it a vibrant spot for both relaxation and recreation. In addition, the new Battersea Power Station is just around the corner, featuring a massive shopping centre, a giant food hall, a cinema, and a variety of shops and restaurants, providing endless entertainment options in the area.

In terms of transport, the flat is very well-connected. It’s right next to Battersea Park Station (Overground and Southern Rail) and just a short 5-10 minute walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line Underground). There’s also a bus stop directly in front of the building with buses 44 (to Victoria), 137 (to Marble Arch), and 452, offering routes to various locations including Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, and Notting Hill.
