Our flatmate Davide is leaving us so we have a large double room in our spacious 5 bedroom flat in the heart of Battersea available for rent from the 1st of March 2026.
We have signed for another year of contract on the 15th of August 2025 so we are looking for someone to take the remaining 5 and a half months lease with us with the possibility to renew at the end of the current lease.
Under the Renters Rights Act 2025 and from the 1st of May 2026 all 6 months and 12 months contract will disappear, all new and existing tenancies will become periodic, meaning they will not have a set end date and will roll on a monthly basis. Tenants will be able to give two months' notice to leave at any point from day one of their tenancy.
Our flat is located on the 5th floor, fully furnished and includes 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
With just 2, minutes walk to Battersea Park station, everything is on your doorstep! Battersea park and Battersea power station are just a stone throw away from the property.
