We have signed for another year of contract on the 15th of August 2025 so we are looking for someone to take the remaining 10 and a half months lease with us with the possibility to renew at the end of the current lease.

Our flat is located on the 5th floor, fully furnished and includes 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.

With just 2, minutes walk to Battersea Park station, everything is on your doorstep! Battersea park and Battersea power station are just a stone throw away from the property.
