Double room in beautiful Battersea flat

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to take my friend's room in our 2-bedroom flat (she's decided to buy somewhere). It's a really nice, contemporary space with an open kitchen-living area, balcony and a bathroom. Everything is in really good nick, as it's pretty newly done, and the flat is fully furnished with lots of kitchen equipment, laundry bits etc. The room has a kingsize bed and mattress, bedside table and the option to purchase the lovely wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We're in a smart, clean and well maintained building with loads of good stuff right on the doorstep: M&S/Tesco/Sains, a couple of gyms, restaurants and coffee shops, the best park in London (obvs, imo) and all of the shops and bits that Battersea Power Station has to offer. Queenstown Road (to Waterloo), Battersea Park (to Victoria), Battersea Power Station (Northern line) and loads of buses are all under 5 mins away. Chelsea is about a 15 min walk away over the river.

I'm a normal kinda gal, like socialising and going out, heading to the gym, watching tv etc. My working week is split between the office and the flat. It would be great to share this space with someone similar, who has London friends and things to do, but would enjoy hanging out along the way! G&T on the balcony, wander for a coffee, hungover takeaway on the sofa...you get the idea. It would be ideal if you worked in the office more days than not. And please be clean :) or a fan of paying for a cleaner :)))

Wandsworth council tax band F. Bills are about £110 a month all in.
