Small double in a cute girls flat by Battersea Park✨

After three years, I’m unfortunately moving out so we’re looking to fill the small double room in our home.

The room:
The room has lots of natural light and comes with a double bed and good size chest of drawers. There is also some under-bed storage. It would be best suited to someone who doesn’t have too much stuff as it otherwise it can be a bit of a squeeze. I’ve lived in the room for the last few years and it’s really cosy and homey.

The flat:
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with an amazing terrace that gets the sun all day! There is one bathroom which a bath/shower.

We’re a stones throw from Battersea Park which is amazing for morning walks. You can also walk through the park to the battersea power station tube which takes about 20 minutes, otherwise the 344 or 44 will take you to Vauxhall/ Victoria. Also a 20 min walk to Clapham Junction or a 7 min bus and lots of bikes around.

There’s a Tesco 1 min walk from the flat.

Rent is £650 and bills about £100 a month

Flatmates:
Sarah is 26 and works in advertising, she’s lived here for two years, is a great cook, likes the odd festivals and binging some true crime docs.

Lucy is also 26, a lawyer and has been here for four years. She’s usually out and about with friends or at a pub quiz.

We’re sociable with each other but do work hard during the week and have our own friends in London. We enjoy a cosy night watching Traitors of Bake Off.

You:
We’re looking for someone to be a new friend in the flat and continue to make it feel like a home. Ideally you’ll be looking to stay long term.

There isn’t much room for a desk in the bedroom, so we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.

(Sorry, our landlord doesn’t allow students!)
We all take shared responsibility for keeping the place clean and tidy (!!) and respect each others space.
