Description

My flat is situated in the top 2 floors of a Victorian house next to Battersea Park - a large park that boasts tennis courts, running tracks, a gym and a lake side cafe.

Regarding transportation nearby railway and underground stations include (walking distance in minutes):
Battersea Power Station (Northern line tube station) - 9 minutes
Battersea Park Station (Southern line railway station) - 1 minute
Queenstown Road (Southwestern line railway station) - 2 minutes

The bus station in front of the flat provides direct connections to Victoria, Vauxhall, Sloan Square (Chelsea), and Marble Arch (Oxford Street), Clapham, etc.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat (both have a sink, toilet & shower), and a common area that has a large kitchen (includes a dishwasher, 2 fridges, lots of personal storage space) & a large walnut dining table. My flatmates are all proven to be respectful, social, tidy, and well mannered people.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bed side table where you can store your books, electronics, and other goods.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
