Double room Battersea Park

Unfortunately our current flat mate is leaving as she’s pursuing another career and going back to university. So fortunately for you there is now a double room available for rent!

We are 2 minutes walk from Battersea Park overground Station, 5 minutes walk from Queenstown Road and 8 minutes walk from the new Battersea Power station tube stop. Bus stops are 0-2 mins walk! Excellent transport links - you're spoilt for choice!

You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 professionals. We work varying shift patterns but try to catch up as much as we can. We are a friendly household and enjoy having chilled evenings going for long walks, Netflix, general catch-ups when we get a chance with our busy schedules. FYI this isn't a party house.

We are looking for a Professional (no students sorry due to council tax) someone tidy and respectful of our working hours, that is also looking for a home and not just a room. We have a cleaning rota for communal areas and each person takes a turn every 3 weeks (which works very well when keeping the flat clean and shared responsibility).

*NOT suitable for someone WFH* - (would be considered for the right person with a maximum of x2 WFH days a week and to have your work setup in your room)
*Strictly single occupancy only*
It is a double room with lots of storage space. Room comes furnished including double bed + mattress and a large wardrobe.
You will only share the bathroom with one other person.
RENT:
Move in date/tenancy is from now to 3rd December ( sooner the better )
-Deposit £885 will need to be paid immediately to secure the room and will be put into deposit protection policy by the agency
- Rent £900 + Bills (approx £140 each which is subject to use - bills are split equally) taken out on 1st of each month
