Lovely ground floor flat next to Battersea Park.

Hi,
I'm looking for a someone (female) who needs to stay in London mid-week - for 2 nights / week on average. (Please don’t message me if you require accommodation all week!)

My flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is on the ground floor of a fabulous Victorian mansion block next to lovely Battersea Park. It's a great location - only 5 mins walk to Battersea Power Station tube (Zone 1 Northern Line), and 3 minutes walk to Battersea Park Station (one stop to Victoria).

Included in the rent are all bills, super-fast broadband, bedding / laundry and cleaning. The room is very comfortable, clean, warm, quiet and stylish; it has its own bathroom. There is a sunny dining room / kitchen, and sitting room and also residents' parking at the rear of the property.

I'm an architect, busy dividing my time between London and the Cotswolds.
