DOUBLE ROOM IN BATTERSEA ✨💕

My flat mate is moving out of our lovely 3 bed Maisonette in Battersea (right by Battersea park, 1 min walk!). We are looking for a working professional female in their twenties to join us for the renewal of the contract from middle of August onward for another year (possibility to move in from July by taking over the current lease, that will be confirmed by end of month). Preferably someone that is clean as we keep the place very tidy and have a rota we stick to. 😊💕

The room will be available from middle of August - 1 year contract, £1000 without bills, all bills including council tax come to about £90 a month. Room includes a double bed, built in wardrobe, and the wooden racks you can see on the picture for more storage; there is room for a desk as our current flatmate works from home and from her room. The bathroom will be shared only between 2 people as there's 2 in the flat. We were the first renters of the flat before the landlords moved out so everything is in great condition and the flat is very nicely renovated. Neighbours are absolutely lovely, there is the option for a parking permit. This isn't a sublet - you'll sign a contract with the agency.
