hi girls! i am sadly moving out of my current house share to move in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to fill the room from july 14th until maximum january 2025 (needs to be minimum of 2 months until 14th sept 2024) until our friend comes back from travelling and would like to move in!
£1152pcm exc bills!
the room is a cosy double, which also comes with a desk, chair, wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. you also get your own toilet & sink which is right next to the room, then there is a communal shower & bath upstairs. we have a lovely open plan kitchen & lounge too! the lounge is screenshotted from a video which i can send!!
you’ll be sharing with 3 other girls, all early 20s, we are all friends from school/uni. we are all very social whether that’s together or with other friends in london but we also love our own space after a long day at work !!
📍amazing location !!! lining battersea park which is ideal for summer with all the green space and it is also only a 5 min walk to get to pear tree 🕺🏽🪩 we are about a 5 min walk from both queenstown road station and battersea park station and about a 10-15 min walk to battersea power station! we have a fairly large tesco pretty much at the end of our street along with a budgens & other local convenience stores. plenty of restaurants & bars, and only a quick bus to places like clapham and brixton!
