Comfortable Double Bedroom in Battersea

Hello!
We are looking for a new flatmate for a 4 bedroom household.

Location:
3 minutes from Battersea Power Station (Northern Line, Zone 1)
It is one of the most convenient locations with Battersea Power Station located just a walk away - all the shopping and park scenery you can ask for

Room:
The flat is located on the 4th floor of a council house style building. The room is looking out on a calm street and view of trees.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, an IKEA desk and chair.

The flat:
We have a spacious kitchen and we use utensils together. We always try to clean up after our meal and not leave the dishes for too long.
There's a shower and a separate toilet with a mirror and sink.
My flatmates usually are working from home, with some office days.

I moved in for a short term period and one of the flatmates is my close friend.
The ideal person is someone kind, respectful, easy-going and tidy and can provide some reference to take over on a longer term contract. The lanlord values a person who's responsible and a good person who'll respect the others they like with.
