We have a lovely room available in a 3 bedroom split level flat on Warriner Gardens, just 2 minutes walk from Battersea Park!

There is lots of living and entertaining space. The flat has an eat in kitchen and separate living room. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which you would share with our housemate. We have a sunny roof terrace which has doubled as a gym, a beer garden, and a sunbathing space!

The girls are looking for a lovely, friendly and sociable housemate for a house proud flat beside Battersea Park. The current dynamic is more dinner party and a bottle of wine than rave and house party so looking for someone to fit right in.

The room available is a quaint bedroom with plenty of sunlight, built in shelves and ideal for some one who does not work from home. Bills are approx. £120 per month (gas, electricity, internet, tv license).

Warriner Gardens is a brilliant location, only 10 minutes walk to either Battersea Park station or Queenstown Road station. We also now a 15 minute walk from the Northern Line. Clapham Junction and Chelsea are both an easy walk or bus ride away.

You will be sharing with two professional girls who have lived together for the last few months. Please note that the room would not fit a working space so would not suit someone who works from home.
