Looking for an easygoing housemate for a short-term let. Room available from 18 August - 18 November 2024. Potential for a flexible start date and possibility of extension beyond November.

1100 per month with bills coming to no more than est £150.00.

The room:
Extra large bedroom with double wooden doors to enter, beautiful Juliet balcony and floor to ceiling windows for summer. North-west facing, so super bright, but no direct sunshine.

House:
Three bedroom, three story house with a bathroom and downstairs toilet. Large kitchen/diner connecting to living which has a desk that is shared between two housemates for WFH, just link up schedules. Upstairs bathroom includes bath and shower.

House backs onto a communal garden within gated and secure complex. Access to secure and dry bike storage with racks, opens direct onto Battersea park road. Communal inside bin storage within complex, post and parcel area, gardeners and site manager on hand.

Location:
Perfect location! Central to lots of public transport. 5 minute walk to Battersea park. 5-10 minutes on bus to Battersea spark station for northern line. Bus routes are 24 hours towards Victoria, Chelsea, Vauxhall, London Bridge and Liverpool Street.

10 minute walk to Clapham junction station and high street with overground train links and multiple large supermarkets.

Leisure centre opposite house as well as a Nuffield gym and spa.

Housemates:
2 male professionals aged 25. Current housemates enjoy socialising, sport and catchign up in communal areas. Looking for someone who is a full-time professional, clean and easy to get along with.

As much as housemates enjoy a night out we politely ask for no recreational drug use and smoking outside the house only. If housemates have notice then happy to have guests over / dinner parties!

Sad to leave this house but I’m moving into a solo tenancy!
