2 Rooms in Beautiful Flat near Battersea Park

We have 2 bright double bedrooms available in our beautiful Battersea flat. The flat is a 10-minute walk from well-connected Clapham Junction station, and easy walking distance to Battersea Park. There are great coffee shops just steps away and some of our favorite takeaways, as well!

It’s a spacious flat over two levels with an open plan kitchen/living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bathtub), and a large back patio (ideal for BBQs and enjoying the sunshine!). It has hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, double glazing on the windows, modern furnishings, a washing machine, dishwasher, and lots of storage, (including space for bikes).

Both rooms are bright and good sized. One is slightly smaller with a very large wardrobe just outside the room. Both rooms could also accommodate a small desk if needed, however any WFH set up must remain in the bedroom as our common spaces are shared and kept work free when others are around!

After 3 wonderful years in this flat, I’m relocating back to Hertfordshire and Julia is moving in with her partner. We are looking for 2 individuals to replace us from September 22nd - we can be flexible if you need!

Staying in the flat is Jane who’s 33 and a teacher, Georgia is 28 and a vet. We’ve all lived together for the last 2.5 years and enjoy relaxing in the flat together; watching TV, cooking dinner, drinking wine etc, but everyone has their own lives as well. It’s a liberal household and we'd like to find someone likeminded.

Bills are not included in the rent but work out to about £150 per month for water, electricity and gas, tv license, internet, council tax, and a bi-monthly cleaner.
