Unfortunately, my lovely housemate has bought her own flat and is moving out - I have a spare room in a 2-bed flat by Battersea Park that's looking for a new owner.

- 5-minute walk from Battersea Park, 2-minute walk to the Thames and Gail's, 20-minute walk to Chelsea
- 12-minute walk from Clapham Junction, with direct trains to Waterloo and Victoria
- Buses leaving directly from in front of the flat taking you to Victoria (16 minutes), St James' Park (27 minutes) and Liverpool Street (45 minutes)
- 5-minute walk to Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express, and 12-minute walk to big Lidl and ASDA

- £1,250 pcm + bills (which average out at £106pcm including council tax)
- Move in date 6 August
- En-suite room with shower - you will have the use of the bath in the other bathroom in the property

In my spare time I like going out for food/drinks at all the great spots Battersea / SW has to offer, trying out different classes on class pass / going on runs and travelling.
