The flat is located very close to Battersea Park, just a 10-minute walk from Battersea Power Station. It's on the 9th floor, offering a nice view and beautiful sunsets. The room is very spacious and fully furnished.

The flat has two toilets and a bathroom.

The agency requires the following from potential tenants:

- Demonstrated financial stability and ability to afford the rent.
- Passing a credit check with no outstanding county court judgments (CCJs).
