📑 Terms and Conditions:
ROOM 1: £910 per month (single use)
ROOM 2: £953 per month (single use)

- One month deposit, protected in a tenancy deposit scheme
- Gas and Electricity are not included ⚠️
- Utility contributions, 1-week rent in advance (one-time payment) for water, council tax, and broadband
