You: I’m looking for a lovely, respectful, house proud and sociable flatmate to join me in renting a wonderful Battersea mansion flat. All my London friends are currently settled with partners or other mates so I’d love to buddy up with someone a likeminded, outdoorsy and friendly. You’ll need to be super clean and tidy to help keep keep the flat looking beautiful.. You’ll also be down to chat and drink wine over a TV show, and cook together/ get takeout sometimes.

I’m a teacher based in South London and am often out with friends/ pubbing/ running/ playing tennis somewhere . I’d very much like to share with someone who is happy with a busy and active flatmate, and a peaceful, haven like home.

The Room: gorgeous large double bedroom with huge wardrobe storage. Double windows looking on to peaceful gardens. Own private bathroom (detached) with stunning brand new interiors.

The flat: Stunning, newly renovated mansion flat. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, freshly painted and panelled throughout. Beautiful living room looking on to Albert Bridge Road and outlook on to Battersea park.

Bills: The owners are covering council tax and building service charge. We would split water, electric, wifi and TV license (around £200 pcm total).

Location: 1.2 miles from Clapham Junction station. 1.7 miles from Victoria station. Albert Bridge and the river 5 mins walk. Battersea park 2 mins walk.

Private rental agreement (owners are family friends and currently in the states). We would be benefitting from a private rental agreement and a reduced rate for the flat.

The flat is still being renovated so I haven’t got pictures of the new rooms yet. If you’re a good fit for the flat we can go and view it together 🩷
