Huge ensuite Battersea Park (Couples/pet welcome)

Hello future housemate/s,

We have a very spacious ensuite room available in our 3-bed flat on Battersea Park Road. LGBTQ+ friendly. Dog and cat friendly. Rent: £1200, bills: £122.

The room:
A large loft room with a bathroom (shower, not bath). Space for a sofa and a desk (as shown) and bags of room for storage/ activities. There are multiple skylights, so very light and airy. Built-in wardrobe, standing drawers and small bookshelf included.

It is quite quiet; I lived in the room previously and never had a noise complaint. I’ve also never heard any noise from fellow housemates way up here.

The house:
Large living room, kitchen with dining space, utility room (washer & dryer). Option to set up desk/ desks in the living room for a small addition to rent as this is a shared space.

The housemates:
Jane, 30, marketing manager, from NZ, works from home 2-3 days a week, likes gymming, travelling, going to gigs and settling down to the latest reality tv show with a takeaway. Jude, 28, a research student doing a Ph. D., likes swimming, reading, cooking and boardgames

The house is homely; we’ll chat often, sit together and watch Bake Off now and again and enjoy a board game night occasionally. We don’t throw parties or have guests over all the time and not for longer than a day or two. It’s a calm space where we respect each other's busy lives and peace.

About you:
A female 23-35, or a couple in the same age bracket. Ideally non-smoking. Dog and cat friendly . Friendly. Ideally, we are looking for a longer-term rental.
