I am renting a beautiful room in a flatshare on Battersea park road, an amazing location, super central and close to the park!

The monthly Price is £595 and includes ( unlimited WIFI fiber, Council Tax, water)
The only thing excluded is the electric bill that we split every month (roughly 40 pounds per month for each flatmate but depends on consumption and supplier bill)

In the flat there is a living room + open space kitchen, quite big with 3 fridges/freezers, unlimited broadband, Washing machine fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with bath shower toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet and basin only

You are going to share the flat with 4 young professionals 28-49 working in a variety of industries from Poland, UK, Lithuania and Romania

The room comes fully furnished with a single bed -built in wardrobe, desk, drawers, etc

The flat is located just off Battersea park road, behind Tesco, a 5min walk to Queenstown Road station & Battersea Park Station / a short walk or bus ride over the bridge to Chelsea or Clapham junction.
Across the street from Battersea Park - literally 1 min... and local to many shops, cafes, restaurants, churches etc
Queenstown Road and Battersea Station take you to waterloo and Victoria in 2 minutes.

Minimum 1 year contract and £500 deposit (the deposit will be registered with DPS to guarantee that will be returned at the end of the tenancy)

The room is available to move in from 15th September, we can wait one week max
