Rent & Terms:
12-month contract with a 6-month mutual break clause, extendable to 2 years
Move-in date: Ideally from 9th November, with flexibility until 25th November 2024
Deposit and references will be required via the agency, and the final decision on the flatmate will be made by the landlord.
