Accessible to the London universities, the centre, and next to Royal College of Art. Very safe area and excellent bus links. Room has lots of storage and comes with large desk and chair.
Rent includes bills for £775/month, and also I’ll cover your share of the communal items like cleaning products etc. This is less than I pay but I am subsidising the rate to make sure someone takes over the sublet by Christmas.
My contract ends mid-September and you are welcome to take over the full tenancy at the full rate plus bills.
