About us 👯‍♀️
We are two females, 29 and 26 who met at work almost 2 years and decided to move in together. (We don't work together anymore) We enjoy staying active, hosting friends, cooking together, going to events but also love a quiet night in.

Sophie (29) - I am quite active and like cycling, running, and reformer pilates. Other than that, enjoy spending time with friends and do like my downtime in the house, like baking and cooking as well as being creative with drawing or painting.

Lauren (26) - I just moved to London for the first time and am still exploring what London has to offer so it would be great to have another housemates who also keen to try new things!

About you 💖
We are looking for a female flatmate similar age to ourselves (24-32), who wants to make a house a home. Being sociable is important but we also respect each other’s boundaries and keeping the place clean and tidy.

-£1400 per month + bills (roughly £120- £150 pp+pcm)
-Deposit £1423.09
-You’ll need a minimum of £40,000 earnings
-No students
-Takes up to a week for referencing to take place
-Contract is until 9th of September 2027 with at break clause of 9th of March 2026
