Small, Cozy Room Near Battersea Power Station

We have a small and cozy room available for immediate move-in in our friendly and welcoming flat, located just a **4-minute walk from Battersea Train Station** and around **8 minutes from Battersea Power Station**.

The room is cozy, but we also have **extra storage space available in the hallway**, which is useful for keeping additional belongings and making the most of the space.

The flat is **split across two floors**, with **two toilets** — one downstairs and another upstairs with the shower. There are **5 people in total**, but sharing the bathroom has never been an issue as everyone has different schedules and routines.

There is **no living room**, which helps keep the shared spaces quieter and more private.

The flat is in a **quiet and peaceful area**, and we’re looking for a responsible, tidy and respectful person who enjoys a relaxed shared home. We get along well as flatmates and like to keep the flat clean, comfortable and positive.

**Bills:**

* **Electricity:** around **£60 per month**, although this can be lower during the summer depending on usage.
* **Internet, council tax & water:** shared separately between the flatmates.
* **Cleaner:** we have a cleaner once a week, and we take turns paying. Your contribution would be **£35 every 5 weeks**.

I’m currently away on holiday until **22 September**, but if you’re genuinely interested, I can arrange with my flatmate for you to come and **view the room while I’m away**.

**Viewings:** Weekdays after **5:30 pm**. Other times can be arranged if needed.
