Double Room Battersea Bridge Homey share w 1 only

My amazing flatmate is moving out. I have a double room for single occupancy, available from the 1st of December (flex, as I'm in no rush). It's next to Battersea Bridge (straight on Route 19 Bus, so no need to change) and the river.
Bills included in monthly £ 1050

It’s a quiet, clean and homey apartment shared with me, only, a professional male. No smokers and no heavy drinkers are welcome.
I work 5 of 7 days out and it ideally suits someone who is also busy at their workplace. One of the reasons is that the room is decently sized for Battersea standards with two hanging closets, but it won't allow a large/ medium desk

It's steps from the river, mins from Battersea Bridge and Battersea Park. Clapham Junction 15 mins walk. Stunning views and south facing with plenty of light. 2 closets hanging.
Quiet at night but simultaneously close to local shops (Coop by the bridge), cafes, restaurants and pubs like Prince Albert and Chelsea by the bridge.
