Homely flat right opposite Battersea Park

I am sadly moving out of this lovely flat which is situated directly opposite Battersea Park on Albert Bridge Road. You could not get a more beautiful location. As well as the Park so close, you have a great pub across the road, lovely cafes and nearby bus and tube stations.

The flat itself is spacious, light, warm and homely. The bedroom is nicely sized and has a large wardrobe.

You will be sharing with a lovely kiwi couple who are working full time. They are looking for someone in their mid-late twenties or early thirties who is clean and respectful, up for a nice chat in the living room/kitchen from time to time or do their own thing.

Ideally looking for someone to take over my tenancy (with the option to renew the tenancy come June) by 15th January at the latest (7th Jan earliest).
