Double room in 2 bed flat near Battersea Park

I am looking for someone to take over my room for the next 1-2 months (available from 13th January - negotiable), as I am moving out of London during this time.

You will be living with one 27 year old male who works from home 1 day per week (finance). Very good housemate, have lived with him on multiple occasions since meeting at university.

The room is a double, with a large window, so plenty of natural light. Comes with bed, mattress, side table, and shelves. The room also has a large wardrobe, so good space for clothes, storage, etc. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with a combination of items provided by the landlord, and the other tenant and I. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Bathroom includes washing machine/tumble dryer.

The flat is on the second floor, with two flats beneath. Very quiet area, on a road just off Prince of Wales Drive, about a stones throw away from Battersea Park. The area has everything on your door step, with supermarkets, cafes, pubs all within 10 minutes walk from the flat. Multiple bus stops nearby, Battersea Power Station is only 15 minutes walk, and quick to get to Queenstown Road and Battersea Park Stations, and only 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction station, although also easy to get to by bus.
