We are two young professionals (Inês, Portuguese and Jennifer, Spanish) looking for a new flatmate.
The room will be available from 24th January 2025..
You would be sharing the recently refurbished bathroom and new fitted kitchen-living room area with us.
What to expect from us? We are two professionals working full time in the SW area. We are nice, friendly, polite and tidy.
What are we looking for? A nice, fun, friendly, clean and tidy person to get to know and share this little and cozy flat with.
We love living here and think it’s a very nice opportunity for someone else to come and join us.

After a wonderful time in Battersea, my peaceful room will be available to move in from the 24th January 2025.
Current housemates are female, both really friendly and down to earth. They are looking for a professional, sociable person and they do understand the need for your own space. They'd like to find somebody who is okay with friends staying from time to time as they want everyone to feel happy and to create an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
The room is a decent size and is a nice bit of peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of London. There’s a super comfy double bed and huge wardrobe with plenty space for storage. The living room is combined with a splendid fully fitted modern kitchen which has all facilities, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, etc.
The flat’s location is unbeatable. It is well connected to the city centre either via bus or train. The closest train stations are Battersea Park & Queenstown Road and both are a 5 min walk from the flat.
The river is a 10 min walk away, Battersea Park takes 5 minutes to walk to. Chelsea is just over the bridge. Victoria station is within walking distance and there are frequent buses to Clapham Junction, Marble Arch or Liverpool Street (137, 344, 44).
The closest tube station is Battersea Power Station which you can reach by bus 344 or walking 8 min.
A big Tesco, the Battersea Park Library and NHS practice are within a short distance too.
The monthly rent is £578, all bills (Council Tax Band C, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV, Internet) are shared and are not included in the rent (approx. £100 per person). One month deposit and landlord checks are required before you sign up the new lease.
