-10mn walk to the river Thames
-12mn walk to Clapham Junction
-1mn walk to local buses (344, 44, 87, 38 etc)
-3mn walk to Tesco, Sainsbury's, restaurants, gym, takeaways, pub

Flat has secured locks for extra safety.

The loft has big industrial windows and high ceilings so it is bright and spacious.
-Modern kitchen with oven, gas hob, washing machine, smeg toaster, dishwasher & microwave.
-Huge living room with large TV, super fast broadband.

You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with 2 super friendly, clean and tidy girls working in sales/marketing.
Not a party flat but we’re always up for a pizza/movie night, drinks and a good chat :)

Late 20's/30's professional or mature/PHD student welcome. (Sorry NO couples or sharers).
