A gorgeous, clean and spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate storage cupboard is available to rent.

The room is located in a lovely apartment (shared with one other) in the luxury old Victorian college building on Battersea Park Road. Complete with bike storage, fob access, 24h concierge and rooftop garden facilities in a v secure area.

You’ll be sharing with me - a corporate comms professional working in the city (2-3 days a week and the rest from home). I’m extremely clean (nothing beats Zoflora! 😂) and v chilled. I enjoy a good time and socialising, but also respect and value personal space - love a bit of balance! Relaxing at home in a calm environment is important to me, and I’ve been blessed to stay friends with everyone I’ve lived with so far, so if you’re after something similar, please get in touch (no party animals pls).

Bills are split between us, but in total the monthly charges are:
WiFi - £32
Council tax - £143
Electricity - £80-100
Heating is separate but not really used unless winter months and is quarterly.
Water - also quarterly but tbc
