I'm renting a large, fully furnished double room in a friendly flatshare just steps from Battersea Park – Zone 1! The rent is £760/month, inclusive of all bills (1GB fibre broadband, council tax, electricity, water). Available from 15th April or potentially earlier.

You'll be living with three young professionals (French, Italian, Turkish, aged 28–41). The flat includes an equipped kitchen, washing machine, two fridges, separate toilet and shower, and superfast internet.

The room is big (4.52m x 2.67m roughly ) and it come full furnished with double bed & materass- drawers -desk etc

Please note: the kitchen is compact and windowless, so it may not be ideal if you cook often.

The flat is located just off Battersea park road, behind Tesco, a 5min walk to Queenstown Road station & Battersea Park Station & 10-15 minutes away from Battersea Powerstation - Zone 1

Across the street from Battersea Park - literally 1 min... and local to many shops, cafes, restaurants, churches etc
