You will be sharing with myself (current flat mate, open to moving rooms if someone wants the en-suite room)

Hi! I’m Ravina, a 31-year-old Neonatal Nurse working shifts at a London hospital (saving tiny humans, one shift at a time! 🍼). My schedule varies, but I always make time to be social and stay active.

I’m a mix of extrovert and introvert—I enjoy spontaneous plans, brunching, live music, and exploring London, but I also appreciate downtime.

I’m looking for a like-minded flatmates who want to create a home, not just a place to sleep. Looking for clean, mindful individuals with good vibes, mutual respect, and a balance of socialising and personal space are important to me.

📍 Location:
✔ 2 mins walk from Battersea Park and Battersea Park Station 🚆
✔ 4 mins walk from Queenstown Road
✔ 8 mins walk from Battersea Power Station Tube
✔ Excellent transport links and plenty of shops, cafes, and parks nearby 🌳
✔ No concerns with safety whilst I have been here for two years

🏡 The Flat:
✔ Modern & bright open-plan living room and kitchen 🍽
✔ Two bathrooms – no queues in the morning! (As one room has an en-suite)🚿
✔ Furnished bedrooms -Each room complete with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and large wardrobe 🛏
✔ Bills approx. £100-£120 per month (includes gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi and communal stuff)

✔ Letting agency address issues immediately if any

💰 Rent & Payments:
✔ Rent: £1150 (large double room with en-suite) and £1000 (Good size double)
✔ Bills: Approx. £100-£120 per month (haven't gone past £100 as of yet)
✔ Deposit: £884 each (TBC)
✔ Holding Deposit: £500 (to be paid immediately to secure the room if you're selected and will be used towards first months rent/ bills- remaining to be paid by 2nd May)
✔ Move-in date: from 26th April - 3rd May 2025
✔ Rent/ Bills due: 3rd May 2025

⚠️ Additional Info:

Not suitable for full-time WFH (will be considered for the right person max 2 days per week and must work from your room)
Single occupancy only per room - no couples
Cleaning rota in place to keep the space nice for everyone
