I am moving out of Battersea in June and need to let my room! Contract ends on August 18th and can be extended if you wish for another year (this is currently my second year living here after extending)! Move in date is flexible but preferably between 15 June and 19 June. Room has an en-suite bathroom in it only for yourself, flat has another bathroom for the other two flatmates. Located right by Battersea park, lovely location and neighborhood. Rent is £1050 a month without bills, bills come about £100 a month for everything. All furniture comes with the room, there is a desk and office chair not seen on the pictures! Please preferably message if you are female and can satisfy the following requirements for becoming a tenant taking my place:
-Earn more than £37,800 a year OR have a UK guarantor ; can provide 3 months of payslips from your job for references .
If you are a student/don't pass the income threshold and you do not have a UK gurantor, you may be required to pay rent in 3-6 month intervals.
There is parking available if you purchase a permit.
