I am renting a beautiful room from 15/2 in a flatshare on Battersea park road, an amazing location, super central and close to the park!

The monthly Price is £625 and includes ( unlimited WIFI fiber, Council Tax, water)
The only thing excluded is the electric bill that we split every month (roughly 40 pounds per month for each flatmate but depends on consumption and supplier bill usually cheaper in the summer than in winter)

Minimum 5 months contract and £500 deposit (the deposit will be registered with DPS to guarantee that will be returned at the end of the tenancy)

In the flat there is a living room + open space kitchen, quite big with 3 fridges/freezers, unlimited broadband, Washing machine fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with bath shower toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet and basin only

You are going to share the flat with 4 young professionals ladies 25-55 working in a variety of industries from UK, Poland, Lithuania and Romania

Queenstown Road and Battersea Station take you to waterloo and Victoria in 2 minutes, Battersea power station is 10-15m walking distance
