I am renting a beautiful room from 1st of April in a flatshare on Battersea park road, an amazing location, super central and close to the park!

The monthly rent price is £600 bill are roughly £70 per month but depends on electricity consumption (cheaper in the summer than winter) we have unlimited WIFI fiber

£500 deposit (the deposit will be registered with DPS to guarantee that will be returned at the end of the tenancy)

In the flat there is a living room + open space kitchen, quite big with 3 fridges/freezers, unlimited broadband, Washing machine fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with bath shower toilet and 1 bathroom with toilet and basin only

The room size is 4.2m * 1.8m and the room is what you see in the picture...

You are going to share the flat with 3 young professionals ladies + 1 boy 25-55 working in a variety of industries from UK, Poland, and Romania

The room comes fully furnished with a single bed -built in wardrobe, desk, drawers, etc

The flat is located just off Battersea park road, behind Tesco, a 5min walk to Queenstown Road station & Battersea Park Station / a short walk or bus ride over the bridge to Chelsea or Clapham junction.

Across the street from Battersea Park - literally 1 min... and local to many shops, cafes, restaurants, churches etc
Queenstown Road and Battersea Station take you to waterloo and Victoria in 2 minutes, Battersea power station is 10-15m walking distance
