Houseboat Living! Sublet Room on St Michael’s Boat

Looking for a short-term flatmate to join us this September aboard the St Michael – a beautifully converted North Sea fishing vessel moored in Tideway Dock, Nine Elms (Zone 1).

You’ll be sharing this unique space with Alex, Rob, and Tanya. The vibe on board is relaxed, open, and communal—with a love of good food, shared moments, and space to do your own thing.

Alex is an ultra-distance cyclist and creative cook; Rob is an artist and ex-chef who might make you a birthday cake if you're lucky; Tanya brings warmth and laughter, and is always up for a chat or a shared meal.

The boat has four rooms across two floors, two bathrooms, a large shared kitchen and lounge, and a glorious upper deck with a BBQ—perfect for enjoying summer sunshine, sunsets, and the gentle rocking of the Thames.

It’s a peaceful place to come home to, with central heating, reliable water and waste systems, and easy access to central London (5 min walk to Battersea Power Station or 8 min to Vauxhall).
