Would be staying with 1 other person (me), with a lovely big kitchen + separate living room, so lots of space! Very easy going, sociable person. House has all the amenities including lovely big TV + coffee machine. It’s a 5 minute walk from Battersea Power Station (zone 1), 2 minute walk from Battersea Park train station and a 4 minute walk from Queenstown Road train station so it has amazing transport links. Also around a 3 minute walk to the closest Tesco/Sainsbury’s and Gym.

The flat is also a 1 minute walk from the beautiful Battersea Park which is perfect for runners or those who just love a good walk. Also a stones throw from the Thames and Chelsea.

Bills are around £150 a month, Council Tax band D.
