I'm moving to New Zealand and looking for someone to take over my lovely room in our relaxed and sociable Battersea house.

The Room:
Bright, spacious, and great natural light
Ground floor, street-facing (but quiet!)
Perfect if you’re after a cosy space to unwind or work from home

Location:
5 mins to Queenstown Road & Battersea Park stations
15 mins to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line, shops, riverside walks)
Tesco, Gymbox, parks, and pubs all a short stroll away

The House & Housemates:
You'll be living with three brilliant housemates (all 30):
Matt, from Cambridge - works in comms at King’s College
Ben, spent half his life in Dubai - YouTube content creation business owner
Anne, from Taiwan - works in food distribution and knows all the best cafes around

Laid-back, tidy, and friendly atmosphere
Private garden with deck chairs and a table - perfect for summer evenings
Shed for bike storage (or miscellaneous life clutter)

Looking for:
A sociable, respectful professional who enjoys a good balance of downtime and the occasional kitchen chat. Preferably female to keep the balance of the house.
