Double furnished room by Battersea Park

My lovely housemate is moving out so I am looking for a new housemate to take over her side of the rent. The room is a bright, furnished double room with its own bathroom, both finished to a high spec.
There is a large, furnished shared living room and kitchen with a balcony.
The block is set back off the main road with a secure entrance. It is quiet, has a concierge and there is parking in a locked basement garage.
The area is well connected with busses, trains and the underground all a short walk away. The flat is just off Battersea Park and 10 minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants at the Power Station. There are also some fab coffee shops in the surrounding streets and a big Tesco. While bills are not included they are reasonably low (approx £150 a month).
I am a teacher just turned 30 who is clean, tidy, enjoys cooking and watching a film or Netflix series in the evening with a cup of tea. I am looking for another likeminded lady who is looking for their next home.
