with own shower & toilet.
Its own small roof terrace
As well as an area for amenities if required
- like kettle, micro, small fridge
All on its own floor

( At present the images show a Double Sofa Bed - to be changed to a single or double bed as required )
This is part of a family home. The kitchen can be used, of course, but not a communal space.

The house is a mid terrace on split levels
right next to the park in Battersea SW11
There is only paid parking in this area
