Double en-suite in Clapham/Battersea Bills inc.

I have a double en-suite in a quite and peaceful house located between Battersea Park and Clapham Common which is available for rental now. The room is furnished with Ottoman bed for ample storage, wardrobe, and a small writing desk. The desk is small so perhaps it's not suitable for someone who works from home.

The house is less than 15 minutes walk from Clapham Common Station and Battersea Park, and 15 mins bus ride from Sloane Square and Vauxhall station. There're also two overground station (Queenstown Road and Wandsworth Road) nearby. Within 5 minutes walking distance, you can reach Virgin Active, Sainsbury's, Tesco and coffee shops.

In addition to your en-suite room, you will have access to the communal kitchen, dining area and the garden. The house is equipped with fibre broadband and a powerful shower for a comfortable living experience. All bills (electricity, gas, water, WIFI, council tax, cleaning) are included. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven in the kitchen. You will be sharing the house with 3 other friendly and quiet professionals and they each have their own en-suite.

I’m looking for someone who is in stable full-time employment and who will look after the house. Please be considerate to others and be aware that no smoking, bicycles and parties are allowed inside the house. No pets. Rents are payable in advance so you'll be paying the standard one month's rent + one month's deposit on the date we sign the contract.
