I am the current flatmate renting the room, the flatmates are very calm and relaxed, very friendly as well. Everyone is clean.
I've been here for two years, and now have to urgently move out because of some medical emergency. My flat is currently up in the market for the current tenancy which is September 1st 2025 till 31st September 2025 but the contract is also due to renew so if you'd want to continue living there you're more then welcome to renew the contract and continue living there for another year. It's a yearly renewal contract.
Please note that all applicants must meet specific criteria set by the referencing agency to proceed with the rental application successfully.
Application Requirements:
Income & Guarantor: Applicants must have a stable income sufficient to cover the £910 monthly rent (single use), with a gross annual salary of at least £35K. Students, job seekers, self-employed individuals, or those without a UK credit history must provide a UK-based guarantor. The deposit i will be 5 weeks
References: Previous landlord and employer references are required.
Contract Terms: This is a tenancy replacement, and the contract will follow the same terms as the previous one, starting on the agreed date (between you and the current tenant) and ending at the end of September 2025.
Please note that if the contract is renewed after this period, the rent will increase to £910.00 per month for a new one-year term.
Financial & Legal Criteria: Applicants must not have any County Court Judgments (CCJs) or be reliant on Department for Social Security (DSS) benefits as their primary income source.
Additional Conditions:
No smoking or pets are allowed in the property.
No parking permit is included.
In-person viewing is required before proceeding. The room is as seen during the viewing, and no furniture will be changed.
