Hi - Looking for someone to take over my Tenancy from 14th September, 2025 which is till June 2026 and can be renewed after that.
You will be sharing this 3 bed flat, with a big shared reception, separate dine in kitchen, with two professionals Eileen & Alain, who are wonderful flatmates and have been here for the last 5 years.
The flat is big and spacious, split level with a big kitchen, living room, 2 toilets - one of which has the shower. Located in walking distance from Battersea Park Road and transportation nearby, this house at its current rent is a steal.
The room located south facing and gets plenty of sunlight.
Bills not included but is split as 1/3 so it should be about 150-170 extra including council tax, internet, water and gas and biweekly cleaner that comes to clean the common spaces.
We are looking for someone who is willing to takeover the tenancy on 14th of September, provided that you are able to go through reference checks and flat mates agree.
Seeking for professionals who are in 35 to 45 age group, as both flatmates are of the same age.
